Katrina Marie Moya, APRN

Katrina Moya is a board-certified nurse practitioner within the Division of Neurosurgery, part of the  Nicklaus Children’s Neuroscience Institute. She earned a bachelor’s degree in family, youth and community science at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Ms. Moya then pursued a second bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. After obtaining her license, she went on to work as a nurse here at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital on 5 Tower, the Neurology/Neurosurgery floor. She then completed her nurse practitioner training with a master's degree in nursing at the University of Miami in Coral Gables.  

Ms. Moya is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, Florida Nurses Association and Society of Pediatric Nurses.  

Ms. Moya is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the physician-led multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System.

The Nicklaus Children's Neuroscience Institute is dedicated solely to the care of the developing brain and spine.
