Pediatric Allergist & Immunologist 
Dr. Camile Ortega is a board-certified pediatric allergist and immunologist with the Division of Allergy & Immunology at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Ortega completed a residency in pediatrics at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, followed by a fellowship in allergy and immunology at the same institution. Her clinical interests encompass a wide range of allergic diseases including complex food allergy, nasal allergies, allergic skin conditions, asthma and immunodeficiency.
 
Dr. Ortega is board certified in general pediatrics and allergy and immunology. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks, and she has presented at various medical conferences.

Dr. Ortega is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System.
